However do remember that children are not expected to complete a full day's work as they would in school. It is better for your children to complete a small number of tasks a day that are achievable and they are confident to complete. If something is too difficult, if your child becomes upset, try something else. It is just as valuable to spend time reading, drawing, colouring, baking, doing exercise, playing board games, playing cards, just talking and spending time relaxing.

Kindness Times
A special edition children's newspaper to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week.
In April, we were contacted by the Wakefield Local Authority who asked if we could set our KS1 children a task - to share their experiences of kindness in pictures, poems, short stories, film and photographs.
