After School Club
Opening Times & Location
Afterschool Club is open each weekday evening during term time for children from Nursery – Year 6. The club is open from the end of school until 5.30pm (Mon-Thurs) & from the end of school until 4.30pm on a Friday. It takes place in various locations around the school depending on what activity the children are doing. All children are to be collected from the School Office doors at their designated pick up time 4.30pm or 5.30pm
Food
Children are provided with a drink of juice and a healthy snack.
Booking & Payment
Pre-Booking and Pre-Payment is required on ParentPay. Places need to be booked and paid before the cut off point - seven days before the session you require your child to attend.
To be able to book please contact the School Office (01977 794179 or admin@stgilesce.net) you will need to read and sign the Wraparound Care Policy (above) and return it to us then we can add you to the register and you will be able to access the ParentPay items to be able to book and pay.
The current charge for Afterschool Club is £5.00 per hour per Child. Payments should be made and sessions booked by the hour on ParentPay.
The end of school - 4.30pm session is called 'Afterschool Club home time - 4.30'
The 4.30 - 5.30 sessions is called 'Afterschool Club Extended Hours'
If parents are experiencing financial difficulty and would benefit from their children accessing Afterschool Club they are invited to contact the school in confidence to discuss the matter.
